Can not load plugins in Bitwig running on Ubuntu 24.10: Plugin host metadata command reader error

• I read through both the troubleshooting and the known issues sections, and my issue wasn't listed there

Problem description

I have installed both VST2 and VST3 plugins with yabridge and wine, but they do not load correctly in Bitwig.
I get the following errors:

Wine versions

I already tried this with the latest stable WINE version and I also downgraded wine to 9.21 according to this issue #382 with no success.

What did you expect to happen?

Both Vst3 and Vst2 plugins are correctly scanned.

What actually happened?

Plugins do not respond.

Installing https://github.com/robbert-vdh/yabridge/actions/runs/12108186449 works around the problem. <3
