Describe the bug
IOS 2.31.0版本出现了与#362 相同的问题，无法在后台运行。
将reqable放置后台，返回其他应用时无法正常捕获请求
在app权限管理处，reqable无后台刷新选项

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. 开始抓包并置于后台
  2. 前台进行的请求会被拦截，无法得到响应
  3. 返回reqable，请求恢复，得到响应

Expected behavior
无.
