Remix PrefetchData loaderData does not take effect in Safari

Prefetch is not available in all Safari versions, and Remix does not appear to be compatible with fast processing.

Due to the ineffective preloading of loderdata in Safari, it may be possible to try performing polyfill processing within Remix's browser environment (using fetch instead of prefetch in unsupported environments?). I am not sure if Remix will accept this proposal, at least in the short term, Safari does not have any intention of supporting prefetch.
