Login dialog: background color of the text & link to create sandbox is not the same as the rest of the dialog #970

Steps:

EXEC: in the ctx menu to the cluster: select "Log in to Cluster"
EXEC: look at the dialog

Result:
The background for the portion on top, where you're told that you can create a sandbox has a different background color than the rest

adietish added bug severity/minor and removed bug labels
