请问怎么得到完整的市县级的地图？笔者描述的使用raster 包下载网站 GADM 上的国家行政边界信息，然而现在无论使用getdata函数或者在GADM网站上下载都无法获取地图了，且缺乏香港澳门台湾的地图，万望哪位老师解答一下，谢谢！ |
