Release Candidate: Quarto 1.7

Hi folks! Just a quick announcement -

We're getting ready for a 1.7 release, and we have put out our first release candidate version, 1.7.22. We always appreciate user reports, but that goes doubly so during this time in our release process. If you're willing and have the time to contribute, would you mind trying that version out? You can download RCs here.

We'll be putting the finishing touches on bugfixes and documentation over the next couple of weeks.

Thank you @cscheid and whole quarto team for the great work!
I am testing it from a few days and it works fine, but typst 0.13 added some changes that might need to be fixed with templates shipped with quarto, for example locate (loc was replaced by context which stop template from rendering when used with wrong version https://github.com/quarto-ext/typst-templates/blob/c5f6ad08591744ac478a38604952001fe8800aa4/poster/_extensions/poster/typst-template.typ#L120

I was able to replace it in the templates I am using

Can you file a bug in the extension? We'll need to wait for the release to make the change, but thanks for spotting it!

After trying Quarto v1.7 and typst 0.13 I confirm that this bug continues to appear for python's great tables and R's gt:
