Wrong checked state for Show Callout checkbox at text-in-rectangle annotation

What is the bug or the crash?

The "show callout" checkout at text-in-rectangle annotation settings is set to wrong state until the callout style is changed.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Create a new Text-in-Rectangle annotation
2. Move the tiny callout point outside the rectangle to create the callout
3. Navigate to the annotation settings
4. See "Show callout" unchecked (but callout is visible in map)

5. Set checkbox to true > Callout disappears
6. Set checkbox to false > Callout remains disappeared
7. Set checkbox to true > Callout remains disappeared
8. Enter callout settings via [...]
9. Change callout style
10. "Show callout" checkbox now works
