Note that while we plan to move image decoders into torchcodec in the long-term, those are in torchvision for the time being: https://pytorch.org/vision/stable/io.html#

The problem is that nvenc is not supported on jetson.
That repository has copy zero, asrch/sbsa support etc

it is compatible with jetson edge devices(tegra). Nvenc library for example, not support tegra. In tegra, is used by api multimedia. With that library wrapper is better to use
