Update docs related to settings title changes

As part of #1487 and #1707 the names of output channels/settings have been updated to be more sane and consistent. We'll need to update our docs (including screenshots and descriptions) so they match the new setting names.

QA Notes

On the remote SSH page, the string "Remote-SSH" is still correct in the "create a connection" screenshot, because no spaces are allowed in that bit of UI. I think everything else is as described in the notes that @dhruvisompura made here.
