When using Zustand, I want to implement the following functionality:

Front - end component -> Zustand store -> Axios to request an API

If:

1. If there is no data in the Zustand store, request the API, add the obtained data to the store, and record the last request time.
2. If there is data, return it directly.
3. If there is no data but there is a last request time (indicating that a request was made before), if the time difference is less than 1 hour, return an empty result directly; if it is more than 1 hour, request the API again.
