I have had issues with "disable targeting" and I don't think it works. I prefer the no ai with nerf spawner mobs. When they are unstacked, they still have no ai if I hit the mob. If they are stacked and I kill a mob then they forget about the nerf spawner setting and start running away if I dont kill them in one hit and then they start walking around.
To reproduce this, enable "nerf-spawner-mobs" in spigot.yml. Attack mobs that are not stacked, and attack mobs that are stacked.
The mobs should remember they came from a spawner so they are still nerfed with no ai. Either that, or I would recommend adding a no-ai feature and continue polishing disable-targeting.
Not sure my exact spigot version number but my website host has it updated to the latest for 1.15.2
If you include a no ai feature the mobs also need to be affected by water like the way these mobs are. Unfortunately, if the mobs stack they forget they aren't supposed to have an ai.
