las transferencias no toman los parametros extra #16

como todos los parametros se asignan a mano en las transferencias, al agregar nuevos campos (como el grupo) hay que ponerlo todo a mano

hay que refactorizar el post :transferir para que genere los dineros en base a params limpios.
