Describe the bug

The Mystery Encounter Part-Timer does not consider Amulet Coins in the amount of Money it grants the Player.

Reproduction

Compare the total with and without the Amulet Coin override

	STARTING_WAVE_OVERRIDE: 11,

	MYSTERY_ENCOUNTER_RATE_OVERRIDE: 255,

	MYSTERY_ENCOUNTER_OVERRIDE: MysteryEncounterType.PART_TIMER,

	STARTING_MODIFIER_OVERRIDE: [{name: "AMULET_COIN"}]

Expected behavior

Money the Player gains during a run should be affected by Amulet Coin.
