Chapters.io presentation / pitch at a future Ottawajs meetup

Hi,

I am interested in presenting the idea of creating an Ottawa Chapters.io community in support of feedback from Ottawa Web devs to the Web standards developers. There are a few local Chapters getting started these days, and I think Ottawa has a wealth of developer talent that could be of benefit.

My personal perspective on Web standards focuses on maps and spatial data, but Chapters is more broad in scope and it would be great to gather a diversity of experiences and backgrounds with the goal of establishing the influence of Web developers in the standards evolution process. @bkardell

Would this be of interest to include in an Ottawajs meetup in the future?
