Design the prototype for ORCA data extraction in Figma

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The current UI is not user-friendly for now and also doesn't have the option to submit multiple input files. So redesign the UI to make it more user-friendly and also have an option to submit multiple input files.

Describe the solution you'd like
Design the UI in Figma to have the following options:

1. Upload a single input file and provide search criteria inputs - Search Term, Cycles, Data to be extracted from specific cycles and number of lines if applicable.
2. Upload multiple files with the option to use the same search criteria for all the files.
3. Upload multiple files with an option to provide search criteria specific to an input file.
4. Download all the output files.

It has been put on hold and will be addressed after the current ORCA redesign for the same search criteria implementation is completed.
