Current Status:

  • Users can only download documents in Word (.docx) format.
  • The Download Icon is available on both the Preview Window and Home Page.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. After clicking the Download Icon, a prompt should ask the user to choose between Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf).
  2. Implement this on both the Preview Window and Home Page download icons.
  3. Ensure smooth PDF conversion without affecting existing Word downloads.
  4. UI should clearly present both format options.
