Need help to establish postgres connection -

• I am using helm charts to install API as well as postgres
• Initjob able to load the pbf file without any issues and able to validate data is loaded for Germany
• Disabled initjob and Search API came up fine
• However getting following exception and API is unable to make connection to Postgres, We are not using external database.

Internal Server Error
Nominatim has encountered an internal error while accessing the database. This may happen because the database is broken or because of a bug in the software.

I have created the role and granted necessary permission as mentioned in the documention and restarted the server as well as pods but still getting saem exception.

Assume we have no knowledge of helm charts. Which Nominatim version is installed? Where do you see the error (on a webpage, after running a command, in a logfile)?

• I working on POC to bring up API in kind cluster (kubernetes ) and i port forward the API on localhost where I am getting the exception

That's 10000 lines of framework code on top of the Nominatim project. Contact the author of the helm-charts for support. We've never used helm.
