Num. of positions, Position Type value not appear again when edit

Since Num. of positions is required, I fill it with arbitrary number. And I choose from select form for 'Position Type'. But when I edit the post, those value didn't appear again in the edit form

Test with OSCLASS 3.2.1 with bender 1.0 and Repurpose 1.2 theme
