I have no prior experience with wyam and I might be a bit slow on this one... so bare with me please if this sounds dumb.
I'm looking for a more configurable alternative to doxygen and Statiq sounds very promising.
However, having not much knowledge in website tech, but being proficient in C# (all of the Cs) I have a very hard time wrapping my head around Statiq.Docs.
So far I followed the quick start instructions and have a generator project under /docs with Docable theme installed.
It successfully generates a lot of output files for my API (which is promising) but my index.md file is just the barebone few lines from the quickstart.
Could anyone please explain a bit further:
How do I create/show a class hierarchy tree? I assume that's some template code needed in my index.md file?
xref sounds promising - can I use that in input .md files or what is needed for that?
Is it generally better to feed html input templates?
Is there any barebone example in the wild for an API DOC Page?
I have to say the docs are pretty nice, congrats (I assume they're done using Statiq :P).
But following the quickstart section and not getting any API doc is annoying me... This could benefit of an improvement (for the inexperienced ones like me).
Forgive my lack of skill.. I'd appreciate ANY input/example of how to generate a simple API doc page.
