Description of issue

Hello, I am not sure where to ask for help and/or report about this problem. I want to update libcdio (check Homebrew/homebrew-core/pull/205537) and for some reason CI Linux test fails with this error:

Full audit --formula libcdio --online --git --skip-style output
  libcdio
    * The homepage URL https://www.gnu.org/software/libcdio/ is not reachable

I have no idea why it happens (formula passes all tests on mac and my machine)

Issues arising from PRs really should be discussed in said PRs. Discussions are a particularly bad place for this, because there are no visible "linkages" between here and the other repos (as you may have noticed, your link to your PR didn't show up there, unlike references within and between actual repos).
