Description of issue

(Please ignore the nonstandard prefix; it should be clear my question has no relation to my particular installation of Homebrew whatsoever.)

I see that commit 032febe894 added util-linux as a dependency of openldap on Linux, but there is no detailed commit message nor linked issues that explains the motivation for this change. Just out of curiosity, which exact program form util-linux is depended on by openldap?

Homebrew/homebrew-core#55852 that it is part of indicates that these were linking to util-linux. Why it does that you'll need to ask the openldap devs.
