[OpenVINO] Update reference files for the new 2025.1 OpenVINO release (#3358)

### Changes

GELU operation is not unfused in the newest 2025.2 OV release anymore,
so OV refs with GELU ops are updated

### Reason for changes

To fix weekly validation job
