[Feature Request] Implement index.mapping.total_fields.ignore_dynamic_beyond_limit

I'm ingesting data that has a wide range of fields day-to-day. I'm dynamically creating the fields as I index. Sometimes, I run into the limit I set with index.mapping.total_fields.limit. It would be very useful to have the setting index.mapping.total_fields.ignore_dynamic_beyond_limit that ElasticSearch has.
