Add perdiod selection for charts

The problem

If you are using Aggregates Series in charts like for energy visualisation you also need to set a fixed period like year, month, week, day.
That means you have to create four different charts, each for a period.

Your suggestion

Something like a drop-down list shall be available in the chart, where the selection of the period is possible.
In addition it would be useful to also have a "Year of Decade" or "Year of 3Years" as currently it is not possible the see the complete energy consumption of one year.
