Compare and benchmark to OCF results. We can probably share some highlevel benchmarks for what we can achieve with paid for NWP data, and a slighlt complicated GSP + National models

Well, the idea is to train a ML model #37 and then compare it to some of the results OCF has. #37 might need to be done first

@zakwatts would you be able to share some PVnet benchmarks on here. I appreciate we cant share anything commerically sensitive, but perhaps some ball park figures. The MAEs from the NESO models we could share.
