Easy installation and configuration

On this occasion, the proposal is to make a package that is easy to install and configure, first, create the ROOT.war package

• WAR It is simple, after compiling, compressing it into a zip file, and adding it to the release with the name web-app.war although ideally it would be ROOT.war, but for this it must be compiled with BaseDir=/
• npx We could compile and publish the release to the npm repository with an installer, which when executed installs the entire compiled source. Which would be a very simple installation for anyone who has npm installed, and could preserve the integrity of the source. Example: npx mifos-web-app
