Support spec versions

@chalin I recall from a few years ago, Docsy could only do versions of the entire /docs tree. Has this changed? It'd be great if we could get stuff like spec or semconv versioned on the website.

What is/are the use cases that you have in mind?

You recollection is correct and that has not changed, out-of-the-box, but I'm sure we can get it to work for the spec(s).
