Is it possible to access the Prometheus WebUI?
If so, please let me know how.

You kubectl port-forward the prometheus-server service and access the WebUI

The Otel demo does not expose the Prometheus UI by default or have a route for it defined in the frontend proxy. As mentioned above, you can expose it using kubectl port-forward for K8s or by updating the docker-compose file to expose the appropriate ports and access it directly through that port.
