opp_env - WSL image

This is the latest opp_env container image for WSL2 (Windows Subsystem for Linux). Follow these steps to install it on your computer.

This image is based on:

  • Ubuntu 24.04
  • Python 3.12.3
  • nix 2.25.2
  • opp_env 0.31.2.241127

Note

This installation method is recommended only for Windows computers. On Linux and macOS macines, please follow the instructions in the main readme file.

Important

Installing the opp_env.wsl file requires wsl 2.4.4 or later (check with wsl --version). Download the opp_env.wsl file and then open it (double click) in either the Windows Explorer or in the download panel of your browser then follow the instructions.
