Current Behavior

This is not an obs bug. In fact, this is what I encountered when I tried to add a camera extension virtual camera to a Qt project. I noticed that obs also uses the camera extension solution, and the virtual camera can be obtained immediately after installation without restarting the program. I wrote a simple swift project, and it also works. It seems that the Qt project does not use NSApplication and other runtimes.
