Expected Behavior

There is a 'Websocket Server Settings' menu in the Tools

Current Behavior

No 'Websocket Server Settings' menu in the Tools

Steps to Reproduce

Select obs language as 'Português Brasil'
after restart, click 'Tools' (Ferramentas)
No 'Websocket Server Settings' menu
...

Anything else we should know?

Windows is ok, and other languages like English and Korean on MacOs are ok. Is it language or character encoding related?
