Github Authenticate Issue & A timeout occured while analyzing Issue

I have discovered the following bug.
If I can contribute, could you guide me on what aspects I should look into?

1. GitHub Login Issue
   Even though OAuth authentication is done in the GitHub application, the login does not occur as shown in the video below.
