Node status (especially green dot) can be misleading #25

Node status on the monitor status page is being interpreted as a node being setup correctly if it has a green dot. This does NOT necessarily mean that all is well with the node.

We should think about how we want to represent status on the page, and what that status should indicate - to either meet expectations or temper them.
