CodeCov is apparently getting ratelimited by github, causing errors with the message:
Unable to locate build via Github Actions API. Please upload with the Codecov repository upload token

However putting the token in a public repository has issues too, and the wording of the following post implies that it may not be a 100% fix.

OF COURSE this shows up on the day I publish a release...
