Convert FAQ into existing or new wiki pages

Remove question mark from file name The question mark in the file name caused problems when trying to checkout the wiki repository on Windows. Hence we shall not use special characters in wiki page title. Also change "Installing" to "Install" in the file name, to match the other pages.
