Fix #83: Remove automatic 'get_' prefix addition in napalm_get, requiring explicit getter names
I'm not certain if adding
tests/unit/mocked/napalm_get/test_napalm_getters_without_prefix/is_alive.1is correct, but everything worked well when I ran pytest.
