使用rsync进行同步时速度较慢，最近几个月开始的，之前挺快的。

硬件性能已经支持不了了，现在rebuild一个盘要超过一个月。
本月会做一次扩容，以便提供更多的镜像服务，性能提升可能要等到明年有可能的话换设备了
