Comments:

  • Optional to be combined with "Tags", "Labels", "Categories", …
  • Event conversations created via calendar integrations flood the left sidebar and should be "hidden" until "relevant" (1h before the meeting, 1h afterwards?, exit poll to retain or purge the conversation "soon")

  • Give them a dedicated icon
  • Replace subline with relative meeting time if "in the future"
  • API needs to be extended to store an object_type and the meeting time
  • Offer an option to archive now / delete in one day (moderator) in rooms of these object_type
  • Hide event conversations until "timely close"
  • Filter option to show all calendar events even when not time close
