Standardize Collector documentation

We have over 100 pages of collector documentation and they are all not standardized. In order to facilitate readability, clarity and our image, we have created a collector documentation template.

Research

• Check out Collector pages don't always say how to enable a collector #955

Production

• Create a collector component Add collector component #930
• Create a collector template

Now, we need to start implementing the changes for:

• Go collectors
• Python collectors
• The remaining collector pages (except for node.d --> deprecated).

Publishing

• Ingest documentation
• Double check that components work.
