Changes from the first build

• Timing display (in milliseconds) when a note is hit
• Other minor modifications and additions

I will stop making Pre-Release from this time on.

Linux and Mac users should build their own. (If you are on Linux, you may be able to install it, but I don't have a Mac. Sorry.)
