* feat-near-workspace-issue-354: update nearcore version to 1.37+

* feat: update near-sandbox to 0.0.19

* feat: update near-sandbox to 0.1.0

* Fixed the tests (re-compiled simple_contract in release mode with `cargo near build --no-docker` from near-workspaces-rs repo to make it <1.5MB)
