Docs on Information Extractor lack details about returning a list vs a single item #2590

I was looking at https://docs.n8n.io/integrations/builtin/cluster-nodes/root-nodes/n8n-nodes-langchain.information-extractor/?utm_source=n8n_app&utm_medium=node_settings_modal-credential_link&utm_campaign=%40n8n%2Fn8n-nodes-langchain.informationExtractor#ai-glossary and trying to determine how to get the Information Extractor node to return a list of items instead of a single item. Reading the docs revealed nothing to me.
