The keys not working with Visual Studio 2017
Ctrl + Shift + K, Ctrl + Shift + C
Maybe you need to let users to set the keys.

That shortcut is the default setting. If the shortcut is not registered, please set it as "TOOLS" -> "Options" -> "Environment" -> "Keyboard". The command name is "Edit.ConvertCase".

I also added the description on Marketplace .

First, thank you for this extension. It saved me a bunch of time converting screaming snake constants to pascal properties =)
Just a note for others that find this with google like I did:
Neither of the default key bindings worked for me (VS2017 Pro) until I removed the other things bound to them.
