Update server pointing to J! 3 download

I have Joomla! 5.2.2 up and running (but the issue was also observed with previous 4.x installation). When I run Extensions: Update > Check for Updates, I get

Update: Could not open update site #111 "MOD_CM_BIRTHDAY_XML_UPDATE", URL: http://kuem.in/joomlaupdate/mod_cm_birthday.xml
Update: Could not open update site #117 "COM_CLUBMANAGEMENT_UPDATE_NAME", URL: http://kuem.in/joomlaupdate/com_clubmanagement.xml

Both extensions are installed as version 4.0.0.

I can follow both URLs (the documents are actually served over https), and they point to the downloads at

https://github.com/momo10216/birthday/releases/download/3.0.6/birthday-3.0.6.zip
https://github.com/momo10216/clubmgnt/releases/download/3.0.25/clubmgnt-3.0.25.zip

respectively, stating that these are downloads for Joomla! 3.

I'd expect that the update server points to the latest releases and states compatibility with J! 4.
