It looks like right now it installs freecad 19. I just ran the installation and the build seems to have worked. Perhaps you need to update your installation.

so the PPA installs v0.19.1 ?

Right now it installs using this ppa
add-apt-repository ppa:freecad-maintainers/freecad-stable

The screen shot above is the version number it shows.

A new release was cut, v0.19.2, but it hasn't permeated to Linux or the PPA just yet. We have that darned revision.h bug that deprived the revision from showing accurately but either way you should be good to port your code to this version.
