Using Echo Bot with Latest Pull - Issue with ParticipantsOnUpdated Not Firing

I am using the Echo Bot sample from the latest pull of the Microsoft Graph Communications SDK, and I've encountered an issue where the ParticipantsOnUpdated event is not being called. Despite having the correct event handlers in place, updates to the participant list aren't triggering the event as expected. I have ensured that the SDK is up to date and that the event subscription is initialized early in the lifecycle, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered this behavior or have suggestions for troubleshooting or potential fixes?
