Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.98.0
  • OS Version: macOS Sequoia 13.5.1

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the suggest widget where there are fewer than twelve suggestions.
  2. There is too much whitespace at the bottom of the widget (two pixels for normal themes and four pixels for high contrast themes).

This is a follow-up to #210254, which addressed the height calculation for at least twelve items in the suggest widget.
