On the comments panel, it would be nice if there were commands to go to next comment in codebase and previous comment in codebase.

The "problems" view on the panel has commands "Go to Next Problem (Error, Warning, Info)" and "Go to Previous Problem (Error, Warning, Info)".

Complexity wise, this seems really easy to implement, and really helpful for "mouseless development".

There are the commands "Comments: Go To Next Commented Range" and "Comments: Go To Previous Commented Range", but this is only in the same file. Would be nice if it had similar commands for comments throughout the entire codebase for the currently open PR.
