For two users, some images that use the Learn image syntax (best practice) and the Standard image syntax (historical practice) are not rendering in VS Code Preview. VS Code is updated. A third user reported similar behavior, but their experience isn't documented. The VS Code image preview behavior is inconsistent between the users and across different repos.
Actual results:
https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/learn-pr learn-pr/azure/migrate-vmware-workloads-on-premises-azure-vmware-solution/includes/1-introduction.md, line 15, the image doesn't render in VS Code Preview for either user.
https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/learn-pr learn-pr/advocates/build-product-roadmaps/includes/7-themes.md, line 3, the image renders in VS Code Preview for one user, but not the other user.
https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-pr articles/active-directory-b2c/add-password-reset-policy.md, line 34, the image renders in VS Code Preview for one user (other user doesn't have the repo forked and cloned, so no test for them).
Expected results are all images will render in VS Code Preview, using the "Learn image syntax" (best practice) and the "Standard image syntax" (historical practice), for all users in all repos.

@rmca14 VS Code preview doesn't support Learn-specific Markdown syntax. This functionality is provided by the Learn-preview VS Code extension. Please reach out to the team that owns the extension to resolve this problem.
