@egamma looks like Markdown preview or GitHub doesn't render the codicons:

1. Select the <i class="codicon codicon-attach"></i> icon, then select **Prompt...** and choose the prompt file to attach it in Copilot Chat or Edits.

Thanks for raising this. We'll need to make sure that the codicon is additional info, and not the primary info.

Yes, GH.com ignores the rendering of codicons (<i class=''> tags). Fixed it in vnext and should now correctly show Attach on GH.com, and both Attach and codicon on the VS Code website.
